Metro Atlanta Indoor Air Quality Inspections
Mold Air Sample Testing
Indoor Air Sampling is usually used when there’s visible signs of mold or musty odors. This test also makes indoor air mold – which isn’t visible to the naked eye – stand out in a lab test. Make sure your home or business air quality is mold free by scheduling this assessment.
Mold Surface Sample Testing
In this test, we’ll take samples of the surfaces inside your home or business. By running this inspection service, we’ll learn whether or not the stains inside your property are being caused by mold. This is a cheaper service than full mold air sampling, but it doesn’t determine if there is mold in the air.
Mold Post-Remediation Clearance Testing
We conduct Post-Remediation Clearance Testing to ensure that your home or business is truly free of mold. We will do a visual inspection, along with a moisture assessment, to verify the work of your mold remediators. We’ll also test the indoor air quality to help determine how successful your remediators were.
Radon Testing
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) warns that radon is the top leading, non-smoking cause of lung cancer. It leads to approximately 21,000 deaths per year, with 2,900 of them never having smoked before. The only way to know if this substance is in your home is with a Radon Test. Let us check your indoor air quality to ensure it’s not a silent killer.
Water Testing
Is there a well on your property? If so, bring us in to conduct a Water Test. During this inspection service, we’ll take water samples and have them tested by a professional lab. We’ll be able to determine if there is any coliform in your water, which is a sign of bacterial contamination.
Moisture Assessments
When moisture accumulates in your home or commercial property, it’s never a good thing. Even worse is when it’s accumulating without your being able to see it. We’ll perform an assessment on your property to see if there’s any moisture present.
Infrared Thermal Imaging Scans
Thermal imaging allows us to pick up issues that are otherwise hidden. With a full scan, we’ll learn whether there are any leaks inside your walls. Thermal imaging is also often used to find other issues, ranging from hot spots to a lack of insulation.
